SIC Arizona Delegation
TSMC's total investment in Arizona has reached US$265 billion[1], reshaping the state's industrial landscape. Six days on the ground for first-hand insight into industry, land and markets.
Why Go
What You'll Bring Home
Meet Key People
Sit down with franchise headquarters, developers, investment-attraction agents, retail landlords and Taiwanese owners already operating locally.
Learn to Evaluate US Chains
US rules require franchisors to disclose 23 items (FDD)[2]. Expo workshops teach you to read it and judge whether fees and returns make sense — a method that works for any US chain.
Three Opportunities at Once
Franchises as cash-flow assets, land and industrial property as real assets, and locally operating Taiwanese brands as equity opportunities.
Real Talk from Local Taiwanese
Local Taiwanese businesspeople and owners share first-hand views on living costs, hiring, regulation and customers.
Fellow Travelers
Fellow members are operators and investors seriously evaluating the US market.
